Parents should be very pleased at how their children conducted themselves in front of the world media. Radio, television and newspaper reporters interviewed a good number of them before and after the arrival of Pope Francis. They spoke so well without prompting or coaching.
As Pope Francis moved along the barriers he took time to engage with the children, to ask their names, to bless them and their rosary beads. He also asked, on more than one occasion, that they pray for him. It was an awesome event and one that hopefully the children will remember and treasure all their lives. Thanks to all who helped make this day happen.
