Cloonlyon After School
Cloonlyon After School Club provides childcare from 2pm – 6.30pm, Monday – Friday, where children are cared for in a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment.
At After School Club, the main objective is to create a fun yet stimulating environment where children can continue to develop their social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills. The afternoon routine revolves around the children and ensuring that they are happy and all their needs are met.
Each day, After School Club consists of ‘homework time’ where the children are given a quiet, relaxed space to do their homework with help and one to one support should they need it. A wide range of healthy snacks and drinks are provided, including toasted sandwiches, homemade breads, fruit, yogurts, crackers and dips.
Throughout the evening, children will enjoy a wide range of games, activities, arts and crafts and sports. The activities are changed and updated regularly to reflect the interests of the children and include a wide range of board games, outdoor games and sports, creative play, books, and stories.
