Write A Book Project
Each year the children take part in the "Write A Book" initiative in the school. The children take part from Junior Infants through to Sixth class and cover a wide variety of material, genres and topics. This is an excellent way for children to get involved in reading and to participate in creating, making and editing their own piece of work.
The children hen swap their works and read to each other. All of the children's work is celebrated during World Book Week each year.
